One Year Manufacturing Fault Guarantee:
Should your instrument fail to operate properly due to an internal failure within one year after the date of purchase, then please return the device for a repair or replacement. Please see the RETURN policy for details.
Six-Month Performance Guarantee:
So far we have never had a report of the V-Zap device not successfully 'fix' an insect bite if instructions were correctly followed. However, should you experience dis-satisfaction with it effectiveness during a 6 month period after the date of purchase, we will buy the device back from you under the following conditions:
a) In a signed email or written document, describe what the bite or bites were and what protocol(s) were used and why the results were unsatisfactory and
b) the main electronics device and metal electrodes must not be abused ( in our sole judgement).
